The Experience
The Farmette at 4424 offers a private, immersive health experience, both mental and physical. We’ve built our 3 acre farmette to showcase what true health looks and feels like. Whether you come to us for private or group workouts, health coaching sessions, massage, meditation or just to take a breath of fresh air and feed the chickens and goats, we hope you find your experience as rejuvenating as we do, day to day.
The Gym
A 250 sq. foot private training facility, featuring commercial fitness equipment. The four original barn style garage doors open to a view of our open pasture.
The Barn
We have a three stable barn that houses our three nubian goats; Beau, Rye and Willow. Also in the pasture is our 10 varieties of chickens that roam freely; Plymouth Rocks, Rhode Island Reds, Ameracaunas, and Welsummers. We offer organic eggs for purchase and encourage you to stop by with your kids to give treats to the chickens and goats and learn more about raising the animals.
The Sauna
Come relax and detox in our new outdoor wood-burning sauna.Hand-crafted from American red cedar, set within our gardens.
