Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Ingredients
2lbs. frozen cauliflower rice, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup soft goat cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano
pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Thaw out the cauliflower rice by heating it according to the package instructions.
Once thawed, transfer the rice to a thin dish towel and squeeze out the excess moisture over the sink the best you can.
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients to form the dough. You will most likely have to use your hands.
Combine the dough into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using your hands spread the dough out into a circle 1/4”-1/2” thick.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until dry and golden, then flip and bake another 10-15 minutes until the other side is dry and golden as well.
Add your favorite toppings and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
