Coconut Whip Cream
Ingredients
- 14 oz can full fat unsweetened organic coconut milk
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon Raw and organic maple syrup
- 1/4 Cup fresh organic strawberries
- 1/4 cup Nuts
Directions
- Place can in refrigerator for 2 hours prior to mixing to solidify.
- Scoop ONLY solidified portion and place into a bowl.
- Use Mixer to whip ingredients to desired texture.
- Chill and serve with fresh fruit (our favorite is strawberries) or crushed nuts such as pistachios or walnuts if going keto.
*Optional: freeze with desired toppings for an alternative to ice cream or sorbet
