Coconut Whip Cream

Ingredients 

  • 14 oz can full fat unsweetened organic coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Raw and organic maple syrup
  • 1/4 Cup fresh organic strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Nuts

Directions

  1. Place can in refrigerator for 2 hours prior to mixing to solidify. 
  2. Scoop ONLY solidified portion and place into a bowl.
  3. Use Mixer to whip ingredients to desired texture.
  4. Chill and serve with fresh fruit (our favorite is strawberries) or crushed nuts such as pistachios or walnuts if going keto. 
  5. *Optional: freeze with desired toppings for an alternative to ice cream or sorbet
