Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs

  • 1 Tablespoon ground mustard

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Small jalapeno

  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice

  • 2 Pieces of cooked bacon

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Peel eggs and carefully slice in half lengthwise. Place egg whites on serving tray and add egg yolks to mixing bowl.

  2. Add mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to egg yolks. Mash with fork until creamy. If needed, add a tiny bit of water to thin, adjust seasonings for desired taste.

  3. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

  4. Top generously with thin slice of jalapeno and crumbled bacon bits.
