Kale Chips

ingredeints 

  • 1 Bunch dinosaur kale

  • 1Tablespoon olive oil

  • Sea Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. With a knife, remove the leaves from the stem, and cut into chip size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle/rub kale with olive oil and sprinkle generously with sea salt.

  3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. Let cool and enjoy!
