Kale Chips

1 Bunch dinosaur kale
1Tablespoon olive oil
Sea Salt to taste
Directions
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
With a knife, remove the leaves from the stem, and cut into chip size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle/rub kale with olive oil and sprinkle generously with sea salt.
Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
