Nut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup 100% cacao chocolate chips

  2. 1/4 cup raw organic honey

  3. 1 Tablespoon coconut oil

  4. 3/4 cup + 2 teaspoons nut butter (almond, cashew, or coconut)

Directions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with 20 mini liners.

  2. Combine chocolate chips, honey, and coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium/low heat and stir until smooth.

  3. Place a teaspoon of the chocolate mixture into the bottom of each liner. Then place the tray in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  4. Once the chocolate has set in the freezer, place 2 teaspoons of nut butter into each of the liners, and top with another teaspoon of chocolate. You may need to tilt the tray around to evenly coat the top of the nut butter.

  5. Once finished, place the tray in the freezer and allow to freeze overnight (it takes extra time for the nut butter to freeze).
