Level
Although challenging for all participants, this class welcomes all fitness levels. Because we keep class sizes small, we have the ability to easily adjust each exercise to accommodate beginners to the more advanced. This ensures each participant is getting a customized workout that best fits their needs and goals.
WHAt to bring:
To help us cut down on our footprint, we suggest bringing your own towel and water bottle. However, should you need one, we have both readily available.
